HOW TO PREPARED A DELICIOUS FRIED INDOMIE.
To prepare fried
Indomie, follow these steps:
Ingredients:
·
Indomie instant
noodles (your choice of flavor)
·
Water
·
Cooking oil
(vegetable oil works well)
· Optional
ingredients for additional flavor: chopped vegetables, sliced onions, garlic,
chili, and protein sources like eggs, chicken, or shrimp.
Instructions:
Boil Water: Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil. The
amount of water depends on how many packs of Indomie you plan to cook.
Boil the
Noodles: Once the water is
boiling, add the Indomie noodles to the pot. Allow them to cook for about 2-3
minutes until they become soft but still slightly firm (al dente). Stir
occasionally to prevent sticking.
Drain the
Noodles: Drain the noodles in a
colander to remove excess water.
Heat Oil: In a separate pan, heat some cooking oil over
medium-high heat. You'll need enough oil to fry the noodles.
Add Optional
Ingredients: If you're adding
extra ingredients like onions, garlic, and vegetables, sauté them in the hot
oil until they become tender and aromatic.
Add Noodles: Once the optional ingredients are cooked, add the
boiled and drained Indomie noodles to the pan. Toss them in the oil and
stir-fry for a few minutes to get a slightly crispy texture.
Flavoring: Add the Indomie seasoning packets that came with
the noodles. Stir well to evenly distribute the flavors. You can adjust the
amount of seasoning to your taste.
Add Protein
(Optional): If you want to include
protein like eggs, chicken, or shrimp, you can cook them separately and then
add them to the fried noodles at this stage.
Serve: Once everything is well mixed and heated through,
your fried Indomie is ready to serve.
Garnish
(Optional): You can garnish your
fried Indomie with fresh herbs, chopped scallions, or a drizzle of soy sauce or
chili sauce for extra flavor.
Enjoy your
homemade fried Indomie! You can customize it with your favorite ingredients and
adjust the spiciness and seasoning to suit your taste.
